Its is really painful. See your doctor and they have creams that they can prescribe you! Also try Aveeno hydrocortisone 2.0 cream or any thing with hydrocortisone in it that may help. From what I read, when they get it real young like that...it tends to go away. My niece had it on her face as well around that age, and she hasn't had it since. However, I got it when I was a bit older [7ish] and a lot more severe. Now [33] I have chronic eczema and I have the worse case of it ever. I can't sleep, literally.
