try to land on the side of yur head not top of it, that will make you tip. when yer head is on ground just let go of yer legs. its like a seesaw

@assassinchiyo Push ups, then slowly put your legs on higher platforms so your on a slant, with your legs higher, as this will put more body weight % onto your arms, as a normal push up is only using about 40% of your body weight. If you can, do pull ups, or handstand agaisnt a wall and just hold it. OR handstand push ups

Recently interested in breakdancing- what kind of work outs do u recommend to build up arm strength so the moves aren’t so hard— there are just days when I lack said strength
